If you are an Agent or Broker and during this initial 90-day period you receive no leads, or the leads provided do not match your submitted criteria or fall outside your specified service area, you may request a refund only after the 90-day period has ended.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written refund request via email to info@rentlyestate.com within 5 days after the 90-day period, clearly explaining the reason for your request.
Please note the following important conditions:
Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or lack of follow-up on your part.
By using our services, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor for services already initiated, rendered, or delivered.
Any attempt to dispute or reverse payments outside of the outlined refund process will be considered a material breach of this agreement and may result in legal action, financial penalties including a $150 administrative fee, and removal from the Rently Estate referral network.
Our money-back guarantee applies only if no leads are provided or if multiple invalid leads are reported after the 90-day period following the proper refund request procedure.
