Welcome to Rently Estate (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website rentlyestate.com, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users (“you,” “your”). If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for licensed real estate agents, brokers, and related professionals. By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are legally authorized to enter into contracts.

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Services Provided
Rently Estate provides real estate lead generation, referral, and marketing services. While we are committed to delivering high-quality leads, we make no guarantee of closed sales, income, or business results.

4. Refund, Dispute & Non-Dispute Policy
Rently Estate maintains a 90-day minimum performance window before any refund requests will be considered.

If the Agent/Broker receives no leads, or if the leads provided do not match the agent’s submitted criteria or fall outside of their specified service area, the Agent/Broker may request a refund only after the initial 90-day period has ended.

To be eligible, the Agent/Broker must submit a written refund request via email to info@rentlyestate.com within 5 days after the 90-day period, clearly stating the reason for the request.

Refunds are not available for reasons of changed mind or lack of follow-up by the Agent/Broker.

By entering into this agreement, the Agent/Broker permanently waives the right to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their bank, card issuer, or payment processor for any reason whatsoever. All refund requests must be made only through the refund process outlined above.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute will be deemed a material breach of this agreement and may result in legal and financial consequences, including (but not limited to) a $150 administrative fee and removal from the Rently Estate referral network.

5. Money-Back Guarantee Policy
Refunds will only be honored if:

  • No leads are provided after the 90-day period, or

  • Multiple invalid leads are reported after the 90-day performance period and following the proper refund request process.

Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.

6. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars using approved payment methods. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on our website are the exclusive property of Rently Estate and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rently Estate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
